Now that we’ve shared a little of the story behind Faireborough, we’d love to give you a glimpse of the land. The attached sketch is a simplified, conceptual illustration of some of the key features on the property, including existing buildings, fields, streams, and the areas we’re currently exploring for the first burrows (outlined in blue.)
The property spans approximately 90 acres in southern Virginia, with rolling fields, wooded areas, and plenty of room for wandering, exploring, and reconnecting with nature. As Faireborough grows, trails and pathways will connect the burrows, gathering spaces, gardens, and hidden corners throughout the village.
One of the most exciting parts of this journey is imagining all the possibilities. Over the coming months, we’ll be sharing more of the property, our plans, and some of the ideas we’re considering as we bring Faireborough to life.
